Why do i need a separate Support account to my primary auctionit account?
As a marketplace auctionit is sworn to protect its users from fraud, rouge sellers and copyright theft. The result is, with enough violations you can get banned or suspended. But you may wish to dispute it, have a genuine reason for the issue that’s occurred or some evidence that you did nothing wrong (we are only human after all, we try to be flawless but we have to be prepared if we make a mistake), we want you to be able to access support freely, open tickets and ask for help on the forum so we can clear this whole mess up, we know other marketplaces abandon people and leave them in the dark after a suspension but we don’t want to be those people, we want to be better.
